called SoonJang.
It could be meant to be shepherd, small group leader, bible group leader, big sister, spiritural leader.. n so on
In the world.
all the relationships have three levels
upper level - same level - lower level
this level.. doesnt necessarily mean really level.
idk the exact term for this.
So, ppl dont notice this that much
our relationships are always in 3 levels.
in Korea.. its called sunbae & hoobae.
no Korean type .. cause Im in library =P..-__-.. kkkk
so..
upper level.. might give you advice, tells you the experience , as they already passed through
same level.. going through similar thing. due to age, circumstance or meantality or maturity, or similar spiriturality
lower leve.. you give the lesson, advice, help out.
this realtionship applies to EVERYONE , NO EXCEPTION !
